    We meet will meet with you and orientate ourselves as a management team to the things you want the Agency staff trained on. We will assign your facility a team leader who will orientate each staff member to your facility unless you prefer to do it yourselves.  This team leader will act as your liaison to keep up to date with your facility's requirements.

    Yes, we train all of our staff on the annual mandatory training and ensure our staff keep it up to do date so that you do not have too. This is another one of your cost and time savings benefits.

  • How can I be assured the Shift Relief Nursing staff are Professional, trusted, reliable and experienced?

    Staff must provide a recent Vulnerable screening sector and police check, have CPR, TB testing, and complete our extensive orientation. 

    Our staff is trained to be adaptable and flexible while presenting themselves in a professional manner at all times.  Our staff understands that each facility will have unique procedures and to follow the lead of the charge staff.
